Meet the Team

Ralph Daff is the Managing Director of Terrasite. Ralph started the business for the Breheny Group as Operations Manager in May 2017 and has managed the expansion of the business through to today. The key to this has been recognising proactive personnel to fill strategic roles throughout the growth.

Ralph brings 28 years of groundworks experience to the team having held various roles throughout his career to widen his overall knowledge. Ralph holds an Honours Degree in Building Production Management.

Ralphs’ spare time interests include snowboarding, endurance running events and spending time with his three children.

Ben Brett is the Commercial Manager for Terrasite Ltd.  Ben started with the business in April 2018 following 21 years working for group company Breheny Civil Engineering Ltd.  During his career, he has worked on a wide variety of schemes for a diverse client base and progressed from being a trainee quantity surveyor through to managing a commercial team.

During Ben’s spare time, he enjoys skiing, football and spending time with this three young children.

Matt Fowler is a Quantity Surveyor at Terrasite. Matt started with Terrasite in 2017 as a Trainee Surveyor and has seen promotions up to his current role of Quantity Surveyor within a short period. In addition Matt has also completed his degree in Quantity Surveying during this time.

Tracey Rose is responsible for all Subcontract and Purchase Ledger Accounts at Terrasite. She has been dealing with Terrasite’s accounts for the last 7 years but overall has worked in the Breheny accounts dept for last 25 years.
