Parcel 4 & 4A, Alconbury Weald

This project is the first phase of 150 units on behalf of Urban & Civic, the owners and developers of the former RAF Alconbury site. Terrasite are contracted to carry out the groundworks for the first 50 units, including foundations, drainage, roads, service ducting and external works, which commenced in February 2018.
