Conventional Groundworks Services

Terrasite is a groundworks and construction company based in Suffolk. We carry out groundwork and associated construction services for commercial and residential projects, working across a range of site conditions and project requirements.

We have offices in Suffolk, Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire, Kent and Hampshire.

Our senior management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the groundworks and construction industry. This knowledge means we are able to meet the requirements and demands of more complex projects.

Our work is built on experience, clear communication and a straightforward approach. This helps us support projects from early site activity through to completion.

What We Do

We carry out a wide range of groundwork and external works services as part of commercial and residential developments.

Our work includes:

Site preparation – We prepare sites for construction with clearance, excavation and enabling works.
Drainage – We install foul and surface water drainage systems in line with project requirements.
Foundations – We carry out foundation and substructure works to support the build above.
External works – We complete hard landscaping and associated finishing works as part of the wider package.
